Prior to starting Point CFO, Jason was the Head of Finance and COO at a company called Appetize – a B2B SaaS business in Sports – where he helped the company scale to $35M+ in ARR and served as the key leader their $400M+ acquisition to another player in the space. Following the sale, Jason started Point CFO to help other sports startups implement a similar playbook to achieve 7, 8, 9 figure exits.

Hey, I’m Jason and I am the founder of Point CFO.

Since starting Point CFO I've had the privilege to work with the best private equity companies, venture capital funds, founders and businesses within the broader sports industry. It's been personally so exciting for me to become their CFO and help them grow.

For me, I've been leading finance teams at hyper growth companies for multiple decades now. From my first finance hire all the way through an exit, I’ve been part of the startup journey at every stage.

Through these experiences, there is not a thing within finance that I have not already seen.I’ve implemented financial systems, redesigned the chart of accounts, owned the month-end close, built financial models from scratch, raised millions in equity, renegotiated debt, led the sale of one company and the acquisition of another, and have been through the IPO process. I’ve also led, trained and hired teams to scale with the company’s growth.

And now, I'm looking to use these skills to help awesome leadership teams with amazing products achieve incredible financial results. Taking this skill-set that I have built up and applying it to the things that excite me most - Sports.
